Left 4 Dead 2 Theme Song Easter Egg
On the “Making The Grade” map, in the section where you must “Get through the School.” Walk up to the theater stage with the piano on it. In front of the piano you can press the action button (E key on PC) to activate the Left 4 Dead 2 Theme Song on the piano!
Evolve & Left 4 Dead Series Quotes Easter Egg
Back 4 Blood is the spiritual sequel to the Left 4 Dead series. In the first saferoom of Evansburgh on the notice board you can find some Bill quotes, with other Coach & Nick quotes in the third saferoom. There’s some random Evolve game quotes (also made by Turtle Rock Studios) on the notice boards too, like “Old China” from Hyde & Emmit’s cursing.
Jukebox Music Easter Egg
At the Fort Hope campsite, from the fire walk to the garage to find a jukebox behind the car. Press the action button (E key on PC) to turn on country music tunes.
